I have a friend who makes this sugar-free recipe.
FROSTING, ICING, ETC RECIPE HELP
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
Splenda to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a large, deep mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until combined.
Beat on high speed until thick and fluffy.
Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for a few days. Does not freeze well.
