KELLY SAYS: I gave it to folks for Christmas, with a cellophane bag of Homemade Marshmallows, one year and it was a big hit.
CHOCOLATE RECIPE HELP

INGREDIENTS
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa (Dutch-process preferred) 
2 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste, optional 
4 to 6 cups water or milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sift the measured powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt into a medium size mixing bowl or heat proof pitcher. 

2.
Add the powdered milk and pepper, if using. Stir to blend thoroughly.

3. In a small pot, heat  the water.

4. Fill your mug half full with the mixture and pour in hot water.

5. Stir to combine.

STORAGE
Seal the rest of the dry ingredients in an airtight container, keeps for a long time in the pantry.
