I got this recipe from one of my best friend and this is my all time favorite dessert. It’s yummy! And very easy to make ( 15 mins prep time).
I like to serve it with a dollop of cool whip on top!
PIE RECIPE HELP
Two, 8 or 9-inch Graham Cracker pie crusts (Can premade get in the baking isle)
1 can (3 cups) mango pulp
3 or 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin (preferably Knox brand. I use 4, basically the whole packet, for better consistency)
8 oz whipped cream (Can use Cool Whip Brand, in the frozen food section of the grocery store)
8 oz cream cheese ( Philadelphia Brand)
3 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, make sure you avoid any lump formations. Let cool the mixture to lukewarm.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, gelatin mixture and whipped cream with hand-mixer.
3. Add mango pulp and again stir very well with hand-mixer until it's smooth in consistency, pour the mixture into the pie crusts and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3-4 hours.
Slice it and serve.
