FRUIT AND PUREES INGREDIENT HELP 

INGREDIENTS 
8 slices fruit bread or Brioche bread; more bread recipes
1 cup goat cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries 
1 cup strawberries

1/4 cup maple syrup to drizzle

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast fruit bread slices and while still warm, spread goat cheese evenly on each slice.
2. Top with a selection of fresh berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries evenly on each slice.
3. Drizzle each slice with maple syrup.

SERVE
Cut each slice into thirds to serve.

STORAGE
Refrigerate left-overs for a day.
