If there’s one thing every dinner party, holiday gathering, drinks with friends, or family dinner needs, it’s snacks. And these Chai Spiced Candied Pecans definitely fit the bill. They’re easy to make, completely craveable, and spiced with Earth Echo’s Chai Bliss to take the cozy vibes to a whole new level.

Of course, Chai Bliss does a whole lot more than add spiced flavor to these nuts. The blend of superfood spices and natural nootropics in Chai Bliss are energy-boosting, mood-supporting, and brain fog-reducing. Meaning you can enjoy this delicious healthy treat while actually supporting your body and mind! Pretty good for a holiday snack, right? *

Making candied nuts is pretty simple, it just takes a little time and attention. This isn’t the type of recipe you can start and then walk away from for a few minutes. Once the butter and coconut sugar have melted together, you need to stir the rest of the ingredients in and then keep stirring so the mixture doesn’t burn until the sauce has thickened up and is no longer running. Depending on the heat of your stove, this could take 5-10 minutes, so keep an eye on it!

This recipe would work well with different types of nuts, as well. Feel free to swap in cashews, walnuts, almonds, or anything you like. Just watch the baking time since different nuts may brown faster than others.

Whether you make these for an upcoming holiday party or wrap them up in cute bags as a gift, they’re sure to be a hit. Plus, you can easily double the recipe. Just be sure to keep some for yourself, too.

Chai Spiced Candied Pecans

Makes 3 cups

  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 3 tablespoon water

  • 3 cups pecan halves

  • 2 scoop Chai Bliss

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and water and heat until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Add in the pecans, Chai Bliss, cinnamon, and salt. Stir constantly to coat the pecans evenly and allow the sauce to thicken. Once the sauce is no longer runny, remove from heat.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.

  6. Store the cooled candied pecans in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
